Hundreds of 2007 song lists

This web site was created today, February 3, 2007, with an intention to organize multiple song lists of music from 2007 and offer information related to bands on the road in 2007.
We will be compiling lists in all kinds of music genres including: rock ‘n roll, heavy-metal, techno, top, country, trance, alternative, punk, R&B, rap, hip-hop, hard rock, dance, classical, and theatrical.
January 2007 is already behind us but we will begin posting some articles related to current tours along with top song lists for music released in January 2007 during the month of February.
Some bands coming back together in 2007 for reunion appearances include: Rage Against the Machine, Van Halen, The Police, My Bloody Valentine, The Jesus and Mary Chain, and Crowded House. When we get word of old bands coming back together for any 2007 events, the information will get posted here.
Music has been released in January 2007 by artists such as: John Mellencamp (Freedom’s Road), Carly Simon (Candylion), Saliva (Blood Stained Love Story), Harry Connick, Jr. (Oh, My NOLA), Norah Jones (Not Too Late), Sick of It All (Our Impact Will Be Felt), The View (Hats off to the Buskers), Menomena (Friend and Foe), The Shins (Wincing the Night Away), Shot Down Sun (The Human Design), and Grave Digger (Liberty or Death).

It’s too early to say what the top 100 songs in 2007 are going to be, since the majority of songs for this year are yet to be released. Not sure yet whether well create a 2007 Top Songs list that will encompass all categories or whether we will divide it into different music genres.
This month (February) expect releases from Barenaked Ladies, Jordan Pruitt, Van Morrison, Everlife, Aqueduct, One Chance, DJ Drama, Courtney Love, Chopper City Boyz, Ozzy Osbourne, Kelly Clarkson, 8 Ball & MJG.
